So New Years Eve. What were you all doing? … I’ll wait. Tell me right now. Say it out loud to the computer screen. Done? OK. Well I’ll tell you what I was up to then.

I had a great time being witness to my good friend Brett’s wedding. Brett I know from being stationed out in Minot, ND. He was the first person I met when I came into town. He’s a great guy, as well as being one of the craziest I’ve met. I mean this is a man that mailed deer hooves to myself and my buddy Aaron, with our mail when we were down in Biloxi Mississippi. This was not an isolated incident, Brett and practical jokes including some deer parts or an unfortunate roadkill, ended up being a recurring theme. Now with that in mind, I had to see him get married. I just had to see it for my own eyes. I mean i’d seen pictures of him and his fiance, but really .. 1 word “photoshop”. So needless to say I had to meet the girl. I did. Heather. She’s a really sweet girl and very nice, really cool. I can’t seem to figure whats wrong with her that she married Brett though ;). Haha i kid i kid. They’re great and it seems they’re great together. Brett, Heather I wish you the best of luck, and many happy years. I wouldn’t have missed the wedding for anything. It was a blast, right on into new years.
Brett and Heather

Only thing is that we could have used to see Aaron and his wife Jess at the wedding. They were going to be in the wedding party, but both of them currently are deployed over in Iraq. My thoughts go out to you guys. I think Aaron reads my blog ;) . I’m thinking of you guys, come home safe. I’ll have to see you some other time. Like i really need much of a reason to take a trip Florida right?

Hmm enough of this cheesy stuff. Hmm what else. Woohoo I don’t have to work on monday. Thank god for free days off. I’m probably getting my oil changed, oh the excitement!!
